Flow Reformer

A dynamic, full-body Pilates class that connects exercises in a smooth sequence of continuous movement on the reformer. Build strength, stability, and flexibility while moving with breath and control.

Expect lighter spring tension, higher repetitions, choreography, and flowing transitions.

Recommended for those who have some experience with reformer Pilates.
